Job Summary Responsible for developing and delivering engaging training programs that equip our teams with strong product knowledge and confidence. Handles end-to-end training processfrom creating training materials to facilitating sessions and assessing learning outcomesensuring that Sales, Marketing, and other key teams are fully prepared to promote and support our medical products. Key Responsibilities Design & Develop Training Programs Deliver Engaging Training Sessions Conduct Field Coaching & Assessments Monitor & Evaluate Training Effectiveness Collaborate Across Teams Maintain Training Materials & Stay Updated Qualifications Bachelors degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, or related field At least 1 year experience in training, product support, or related role (fresh graduates with strong communication skills and technical aptitude are welcome to apply) Strong presentation and facilitation skills (in-person and virtual) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized and able to manage multiple training schedules Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital training tools Willing to travel for fieldwork and on-site training
