Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Country Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening relationships with clients and partners in the region. Reporting directly to Country Head. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve commercial objectives and drive business success. Responsibilities Lead the cultivation of strategic partnerships with potential clients and collaborators, employing discretion and innovative tactics. Maintain a keen understanding of evolving regulatory frameworks and industry standards, ensuring strict adherence to local protocols. Develop and present comprehensive business proposals tailored to the nuances of the Philippine market, seamlessly aligning them with organizational strategy. Translate conceptual business plans and financial forecasts into actionable roadmaps, meticulously aligning them with commercial objectives. Monitor market dynamics and emerging trends, discerning client needs and identifying new business opportunities. Take ownership of tender processes and contract negotiations, demonstrating astute financial acumen. Oversee all projects within the Philippines, ensuring successful execution and achievement of objectives. Cultivate strong relationships internally and externally, fostering collaboration and synergies across stakeholder groups. Stay abreast of industry developments and technological advancements, identifying opportunities for organizational growth. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operations and refine strategies for continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales management or business development roles, within the reclamation, infrastructure or construction industry. Strong understanding of local regulations, market dynamics, and business practices in the Philippines. Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic relationships with clients and partners. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans and initiatives. Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and forecasts effectively. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
