
Finance Assistant

- Participate effectively in agent commissions transition process from offshore to inhouse.
- Calculate agent commissions payables as per the preset procedures, policies and guidelines.
- Contract management in terms of signing new contracts, cancellations renewals and modifications.
- Effective communication with agents in terms of invoice distribution and collection and agreement.
- Issue the agent commission payments as per the preset guidelines and the time frame.
- Process periodic reconciliations on bank statements, accounting system and commission platforms.
- Maintain comprehensive reports and records of all performed activities and duties.
- Liaise with the financial institutes and other internal departments such as but not limited to business development, sales, administration, registrar office and departments of the group companies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or the senior management.
- A bachelors degree in business administration, Accounting or Finance.
- A professional qualification in accounting, legal or compliance will be an added advantage.
- Experience in handling agent commissions in a corporate setting with a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum two years experience in similar capacity.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills.
- Hands on experience in an ERP with fully integrated business and functional platforms
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills
- This is an onsite work and will eventually transition to hybrid after regularization.
- Work Location: 8F Robinsons Zeta Tower, Bridgetowne, Ugong Norte, Quezon City (near IPI Pasig and Tiendesitas).
- Work Schedule: 12:00 AM to 09:00 AM, Monday to Friday.
