JOB SUMMARY:Organize and maintain the needs of the Branch and to ensure smooth transactions primarily from Sales Department down to the
after sales division. The BM guides and leads a good example in achieving and accomplishing joint goals through strategic planning
and proper execution without compromising the integrity and standards. Ensure customer service is met all the time.JOB DESCRIPTION:

Attain sales target of management group and sales productivity of sellers for both in-house

and brokers channel. * Recruit and activate potential sales directors and ISTL and Brokers Network.

Regularly conduct cost-effective sales activities to attain sales target. Sales generation

should be at most 0.25% * Assist in permits of the Project and Branch as necessary

Admin works and upkeep of the branch/company image

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors Degree Graduate
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications
Good interpersonal relationship skills
Detailed oriented
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
