
Senior Software Engineer - PowerApps/ Power Automate

This person should be able to:
- demonstrate proven experience and excellence technically and professionally in areas related to development and/or support of power platform tools
- design and develop complex enhancements or solutions
- act as a Subject Matter Expert identifying and selecting best approach to achieve business goals
- handle and prioritize multiple complex development and support tasks
- act as "shift lead" when necessary, working with the Team, Delivery and Platform Leads to monitor development tasks and escalate issues
- facilitate and drive group and application review meetings around technical design, decision-making and problem solving to ensure quality solutions and services are delivered
- participate in Disaster Recovery exercises, ensuring adherence to Disaster Recovery Policy, and maintaining Disaster Recovery Technical Recovery Plans (TRPs)
- work flexibly on shifts, as schedules may change based on team or client requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experienceRequired Experience
Minimum 5 years relevant Development and support experienceRequired Skills and Experience
- Power Apps, Power Automate, and/or Power BI
- Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Expertise knowledge in SDLC and Service Management tools (ex. ServiceNow)
- Experience in Application development, design and integration
- Analytical/Problem Solving – able to discover problems and issues before they occur; thinks logically to resolve complex issues
- Self-Driven – responds to challenging priorities with a sense of urgency and pace
- Copilot Studio, Power Pages, PowerBI Reports
- Agile Methodology
