Description: To render professional and efficient service under sales and marketing division relative to data gathering and encoding, facilitating completion of account requirements, coordination with account counterparts and internal support teams in the implementation of various marketing support programs To function as a telemarketer who will call Mercury Drug branches particularly in North and South Luzon areas to generate purchase orders to achieve the monthly sales targets. Duties and Responsibilities: Sales Operations Support Help prepare and provide needed documents like intro letters various forms needed in daily sales routines Secure approval for budget proposals relative to sales trips and process liquidation of advances made Marketing Support Attend to the preparation of various marketing programs like promos and sampling activities as well as coordination with internal and external support personnel involved in the implementation of the marketing program Secure approval for budget proposals and allocation of samples for scheduled marketing programs Office Assistant Responsibilities Welcomes and attends to all incoming guests visitors suppliers and Clients Arrange and assist in meetings, conferences and other office functions Assist in making travel arrangements and reservations Oversees and manages the overall upkeep of the office including office equipment machines household improvements and pantry Telemarketing Responsibilities to be performed as scheduled Telemarketing is done when certain areas are not covered by any sales personnel to service key and local accounts like Mercury Drug Corporation Robinsons Supermarket As a telemarketer he she will call branches of a certain account, like Mercury Drug to perform a sales conversation negotiation to be able to generate a purchase order from the branch Calls will be done regularly every month to establish rapport with the branch manager officer in charge Qualifications: College Graduate of any of the following: Communication Arts, Business Administration, Commerce or even any IT-related course. Computer literate and highly proficient in Microsoft Office, specially Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Can write and converse fluently in English. Fast learner and worker, diligent in performing duties and responsibilities, multi-tasker and collaborates well with colleagues.
