- Work with U.S.-based clients to map out business processes and identify inefficiencies
- Build clean, step-by-step documentation including SOPs, process flows, and internal guides
- Turn unclear workflows into streamlined systems that offshore teams can execute
- Lead client calls and working sessions to gather information, review documentation, and align on process improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure handoffs, quality, and deliverables meet client expectations
- Update documentation as processes evolve, ensuring accuracy and relevance across departments
- You help BPO teams perform better by removing friction, confusion, and delays
- Clients rely on your documentation to train new hires, scale their support teams, and meet SLAs
- You turn chaos into clarity, which directly impacts client satisfaction and operational results
- Tell us about a time you improved a process for a client
- How do you handle misalignment between a client’s expectations and your internal team
- Are you comfortable leading client calls and presenting documentation
- Have 2+ years of experience in BPO operations, client services, or process documentation
- Are comfortable leading calls, asking the right questions, and organizing messy systems
- Have excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal
- Are skilled with tools like Google Workspace, Lucidchart, Miro, ClickUp, Asana, or Trello
- Are detail-oriented, self-directed, and focused on execution
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and remote team structures
- Bonus: You’ve worked with U.S. clients and understand offshore process alignment
