If so, then this role may be for you!What this role is:Our team builds the email foundations of HTML templates in Taxi for Email, Eloqua automations, and SFDC CRM integrations. Our email process supports 100+ global marketers and their campaigns for nurture automation, digital, and eventually physical events.This person will help build email automation processes in our ESP to support digital marketing campaigns for the global Genesys brand, and marketers.What this role isn’t:This is not campaign strategy. This role requires a partnership with stakeholders, to help build branded Genesys email automation campaigns with a focus on understanding of lead routing, quality assurance, and email automation execution.What you’ll bring to the table:To be successful, you need to have a mind for technical details, and patience to build a complex lead routing process. It is important that this candidate have a strong eye for detail to walk through automations end-to-end as processes are created for QA, or solutioning any technical error.
