Position : Media Buyer Location : On-Site (Manila) Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Philippine Time) About the Role: ASAP Hub is looking for a data-driven and technically skilled Media Buyer to join our growing marketing team. In this on-site role, you'll be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing high-performing paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) , TikTok , and Google Ads . You will play a key role in driving ROAS and client success across multiple industries including education , B2B , health & wellness , and fashion tech . While the role focuses on technical media buying, you'll collaborate with ASAP Hub's internal creative and strategy teams to continually test, scale, and refine campaigns based on performance insights. This is an opportunity to work in a performance-first, results-focused environment where your ability to turn ad data into growth will directly impact our clients and our agency. Responsibilities: Launch, manage, and scale paid ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads Analyze and optimize key campaign metrics such as ROAS , CPA , CPC , CTR , and CPM Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies Collaborate with the internal team to provide performance feedback on ad creatives Monitor ad spend and pacing to ensure optimal budget utilization and cost-efficiency Build performance dashboards and reports (tools can be based on your recommendation) Stay current with platform updates, ad policies, and new optimization techniques Handle multiple client accounts across various industries and funnel types What to Bring: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or media buying Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager , Google Ads , and TikTok Ads Strong knowledge of digital marketing funnels, attribution, and analytics tools such as GA4 , Shopify , and Triple Whale Advanced skills in data interpretation and reporting using Excel/Google Sheets Strong organizational and communication skills to manage and prioritize multiple accounts Adaptability to work across various business models- lead generation , eCommerce , and more What Makes You a Great Team: You love data and are constantly looking for small optimizations that drive big results You're results-driven and thrive in fast-paced environments that encourage testing and iteration You're collaborative but confident in managing end-to-end campaigns independently You enjoy experimenting with tools that improve tracking, reporting, or performance efficiency How to Apply: Send your CV and portfolio (if available) to: ????
