We have offshore team-building experience and aim to help businesses leverage global talent.About This Role:We are seeking an Operations & Logistics Manager (Supply & Procurement) to own day-to-day operational execution for a growing direct-to-consumer wellness eCommerce brand.This is a hands-on, execution-driven role focused on procurement, inventory management, and global logistics. The business operates with a small but high-impact SKU count, and this role is critical to enabling growth and controlling costs by fully owning supply coordination, logistics workflows, and operational follow-through.You will work closely with leadership to execute delivery plans once quantities and timelines are defined, ensuring suppliers, packaging partners, and logistics providers remain aligned and on track.Key Responsibilities:Own end-to-end procurement and supply execution, from ordering through receipt at the 3PLProactively identify and manage supply risks across finished goods, packaging, and accessoriesPlace and track purchase orders based on leadership delivery plans, maintaining end-to-end visibility from PO placement through receipt at the 3PLCoordinate directly with suppliers to confirm quantities, lead times, production status, and ETAs, actively navigating potential supply disruptions to mitigate delaysEnsure accurate, up-to-date artwork and specifications are provided to packaging and manufacturing partnersCoordinate global logistics operations, including freight booking, shipment tracking, and carrier communicationMonitor inbound shipments, flag risks early, and resolve logistics or documentation issues as they ariseTrack weekly logistics and fulfillment costs, monitor cost-to-serve, and identify opportunities to reduce costs or improve service levelsMonitor 3PL performance and service quality against expectationsMaintain accurate operational reporting (inventory health, OTIF performance, costs, partner performance) and manage Shopify operational configuration (SKUs, shipping settings, integrations)Software/Platforms/Tools:Shopify (admin and operational configuration)OMS and inventory management systemsGoogle Sheets / Excel for tracking, cost monitoring, and reportingLogistics, freight, and 3PL coordination platformsAnalytics dashboards and reporting toolsProject management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Notion)Communication tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace)Qualifications:3-5 years of freelancing or remote contractor experience3-6+ years of experience in operations, logistics, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in eCommerce or consumer goodsStrong execution background with hands-on supplier, packaging, and logistics coordinationProficiency with Google Sheets / Excel for operational tracking and reportingExperience with Shopify and OMS platforms preferredHighly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning operational workflows end-to-endStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal English communication (C1 or C2 level)Comfortable working with founders, remote teams, and external partners in a fast-paced environmentShift Schedule:Monday to Friday, with preferred overlap during US EST morning hours for the first 3-4 months to support onboarding and real-time coordination with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
