THE OPPORTUNITYOur partner is one of Australia's largest food manufacturers, known for its diverse range of quality products! The company employs over 7,000 people across 40 sites globally. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive People Services Coordinator to join our dynamic People & Culture team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth HR administrative processes, supporting employee lifecycle activities, and maintaining accurate personnel records. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering excellent internal service.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive recruitment & employment approvals by managing the end-to-end process of request creation, circulation, and securing necessary sign-offs.
  • Craft employment contracts with precision and speed for new hires and role variations, ensuring compliance and clarity.
  • Oversee probation periods by tracking timelines and coordinating reviews to support successful employee integration.
  • Lead onboarding & offboarding efforts to deliver seamless experiences for new joiners and departing staff.
  • Administer leave programs including parental and recreational/family leave, ensuring accurate documentation and support.
  • Manage HR financial through timely processing of invoices, purchase orders, and goods receipting.
  • Coordinate Healthcare Clinic to support employee wellness with efficient onsite scheduling.
  • Maintain organizational charts that reflect current structures and support strategic workforce planning.
  • Ensure personnel file integrity and keep internal contact lists accurate and up-to-date for smooth HR operations.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 2 years of HR operations or administrative experience in a dynamic environment.Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiar with HRIS platforms, document management systems, and organizational chart tools.Solid understanding of core HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, probation, leave management, and employment contract compliance.Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and with external partners.Trusted to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, while demonstrating a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.ASW OFFERS
