Production Team Leader

• Communicates directly to Service Provider/HR/Coordinator/Production Engineer and address clients production-related concerns.
• Monitors the attendance of co-employees and ensuring 100% attendance rate.
• Prepare and submit a monthly production manpower report.
• Conducts performance evaluation in coordination with production engineer.
• Prepare and get approval of overtime.
• Provide approval for leave request.
• Conducts investigation regarding non-conformance for negligence or violation committed by the team members and strictly conforms to standard work procedures and implemented corrective action plan.
• Listen to team members feedback.
• Supports and cooperates in the implementation of company policies, rules and regulations.
• Maintain clean and safe workplace in adherence to 5S policy.
• Performs related functions as maybe assigned or as the situation dictates.
