- Mandarin Technical Support is responsible for analyzingcomplex issues by reviewing product-specific logs andutilizingroot-cause analysisskills.
- Will serve as the contact person for customers and will answer inquiries regularly viaphone calls, email, and remote sessions.
- Mandarin Technical Support will identify the root cause of problems users face with product software, such as application crashes, compatibility issues, installation errors, or network connectivity problems.
