Our team is committed to delivering exceptional AVL experiences that seamlessly combine technology, creativity, and operational excellence.We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Business Support Assistant / Coordinator to support daily administrative, operational, and coordination requirements across the business.Key Responsibilities:
-Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across various functions.
-Assist in managing schedules, meetings, and general office coordination.
-Support sales and marketing initiatives, including updating CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and maintaining trackers.
-Assist in project coordination by updating trackers, monitoring progress, and supporting team follow-ups.
-Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth communication and execution.
-Maintain organized records, files, and documentation across projects and departments.
-Provide administrative support for finance and HR requirements, including documentation and tracking.
-Ensure compliance with internal processes and proper documentation standards.
-Support basic process improvements by identifying gaps and helping maintain trackers or SOPs.
-Perform other duties as assigned.Required Skills & Qualifications:
At least 2-3 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or support roles.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on assignments.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in project-based, operations, or marketing support roles.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Click-up) or task management platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.What We Offer:
