RESPONSIBILITIES The Digital Account Officer is the lead advocate of Digital to the assigned Lines of Businesses (LOBs), ensuring strategic alignment of the digital agenda across the company. Possessing a deep understanding of the Digital business and all its platforms, he/she builds meaningful and productive relationships with LOBs thru relevant and compelling digital products and services to grow their business. He/she leads the strategizing, planning, coordination, and monitoring of executions for all digital requirements across the LOBs and ensures these LOBs are represented in internal Digital discussions. Identify, pitch, and execute digital solutions/features that will create new business opportunities for campaigns aligned with the LOBs goals. Work with all units under the Digital Division to propose engaging campaigns, solutions and execution strategies that will deliver success in audience engagement, revenue contribution, and strengthen ABS-CBN's leadership in the digital space. Be the SPOC for assigned key projects and coordinate from end-to-end with all stakeholders from conceptualization, execution until KPI reporting. Be knowledgeable with all the digital products and work directly with digital business leads and support teams to deliver project objectives. Ensure assigned LOBs are represented in internal Digital discussions. Work closely with Head of Accounts Servicing and rest of team to champion the digital vision and implementation. REQUIREMENTS Possess a Bachelor's degree in a job related field such as Communications, Marketing or Digital Advertising.
