Hiring for a Global Sales Manager.This is a remote work that pays up to 170KMust be good with early morning to late mid shift schedule with occasional weekend shiftAt least 10 years of Sales Experience is required with at least 5 years in a Sr Manager CapacityThis is a senior-level role that requires someone highly reliable and hands-on, with solid experience in outbound telesales, cash collections, and retention efforts. Given the global scope, the successful candidate will be supervising sales agents working across both AU and UK time zones. The work schedule will vary and will include weekend shifts, as the majority of our events take place during weekends.Who Were Looking For:
  • 10 years of Sales Experience
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience (pref. solid outbound sales), preferably managing fully remote teams.
  • Proven track record in sales training, coaching, and scaling remote sales agents to hit high-performance targets.
  • Understanding of virtual collaboration tools, CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Go High Level, Aircall), and remote communication best practices.
  • Ideally with experience managing sales for UK and AU customers/clients
This is a hands-on, data-driven, and results-focused role that involves more than just closing deals. Youll be building, managing, and scaling a global sales engineleading new client acquisition, cancellation saves, cash collections, and performance training and coaching across time zones.If you're comfortable managing top-performing sales representatives, while keeping them aligned, engaged, and exceeding goalsthis is your next leadership move.What You Bring to the Table

  • Must demonstrate exceptional reliability and ownershipable to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience (pref. solid outbound sales), preferably managing fully remote teams.
  • Proven track record in sales training, coaching, and scaling remote sales agents to hit high-performance targets.
  • Understanding of virtual collaboration tools, CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Go High Level, Aircall), and remote communication best practices.
  • Outstanding communication skills in Englishverbal, written, and in video or live coaching formats.
  • Deep expertise in outbound strategy, customer retention, and cash collection.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to lead with empathy across time zones and cultures.
  • Results-obsessed, highly analytical, and innovative.
  • Willingness to work weekends and Philippine holidays, supporting a global team in multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute strategic outbound sales plans to hit and exceed revenue targets.
  • Set clear, data-driven goals and KPIs, and regularly update C-level leadership on progress, wins, and course corrections.
  • Innovate sales workflows, scripts, and tools suited for remote teams, ensuring productivity and accountability.
  • Monitor and report on market trends and industry shifts that impact sales strategy and budget decisions.
Remote Team Hiring, Coaching & Performance Management
  • Recruit, onboard, and scale a global team of high-performing remote sales agents.
  • Build and execute a structured performance management and improvement framework tailored for distributed teams.
  • Deliver impactful virtual coaching, training, and performance feedback to boost skillsets and motivation.
  • Identify and address underperformance quickly through individual performance improvement plans.
  • Create a culture of ownership, accountability, and recognition, even without a physical office.
Customer Acquisition & Retention
  • Drive new acquisition for a high-price-point product, coaching your team to sell value and build trust remotely.
  • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their evolving business needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Partner with marketing to align demand generation with outbound initiatives.
Cash Collections & Cancellation Saves
  • Oversee cancellation save effortsimplementing messaging, offers, and playbooks that retain customers before they churn.
  • Manage the entire remote cash collections process, including dispute resolution, escalation paths, and collaboration with Finance.
  • Use data to spot trends in cancellations and delinquencies, and take proactive action to minimize financial impact.
Sales Analytics & Continuous Improvement
  • Analyze pipeline health, agent performance, collection rates, and churn drivers using CRM dashboards and data tools.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting to leadership, including forecasts and performance insights.
  • Constantly optimize strategies, messaging, and workflows based on live performance metrics.
