Salary: 1,800 to 2,200/monthly net pay (paid bimonthly)About the RoleWe’re looking for a results-driven AI Automation & Operations Engineer to join our global team. This role focuses on streamlining business operations through AI-powered tools, process automation, and system integration. You’ll take ownership of our back-end tech stack — auditing existing systems, implementing process improvements, and ensuring all business functions run efficiently and intelligently.You’ll work across departments — including Operations, HR, Sales, and Marketing — to integrate and optimize platforms such as Microsoft Suite, Monday.com, HubSpot, Applicant Tracking Systems, Learning Management Systems, Sales Funnels, Marketing Funnels, and Finance Automations.This is a long-term role for someone who thrives on innovation, loves solving operational inefficiencies, and wants to help scale a modern, AI-empowered organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAudit and enhance existing workflows, identifying areas for automation and efficiency improvementDesign and implement intelligent workflows using Make.com, Zapier, GPT-based tools, and other automation platformsIntegrate key business systems (HubSpot, Microsoft Suite, Monday.com, CRMs, ATS, LMS, etc.) into seamless, data-driven operationsDevelop automation logic, prompt chains, and AI-driven processes that reduce manual workBuild and manage webhooks, APIs, and data automations between apps and platformsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and reduce frictionMonitor, troubleshoot, and QA automation systems for accuracy and reliabilityDocument workflows and provide clear, accessible guides or video walkthroughs for internal teamsStay updated on emerging AI and automation technologies to continually improve efficiencyQualifications:3+ years of experience in automation, AI operations, or systems integrationProven expertise in Make.com, Zapier, and OpenAI/GPT automation workflowsStrong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and conditional logicExperience working with CRM, project management, and productivity platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Monday.com, Airtable, Notion, Microsoft Suite)Familiarity with sales and marketing funnels and finance system automationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishHighly organized, analytical, and proactive in improving processesComfortable working asynchronously in a global team environment(Preferred) Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScriptPowered by JazzHR
