- Review and verify medical reports for completeness and accuracy
- Maintain and update documentation across systems and databases
- Handle inquiries and communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standards
- Identify, flag, and escalate documentation or compliance issues
- Ensure timely submission of required reports and records
- Support audits and preparation activities
- Collaborate with teams to resolve QA concerns and improve processes
- Allied Health graduate or RN background is a plus but not required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in medical accounts involving clerical, admin, or documentation review
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong English communication skills; comfortable with calls and high-volume emails
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and task prioritization
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): US Eastern Standard hours of 8:30AM to 5:30PM (8:30PM - 5:30AM PHT) with a full onsite model.
