The role involves handling electronic filing, invoicing, reports, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.What You'll Do:Working under the supervision of our administration manager based in AustraliaManaging electronic filing, invoicing, compiling completed jobs, and issuing documents for electronic signingForwarding correspondence to associate clientsCollating reportsPerforming other general ad hoc tasks to support our administration team in AustraliaWhat We're Looking For:2-3 years' experience minimum with an Australian, UK, US or New Zealand BPOGraduate of any Business-related course (non-graduates may also be considered if they have relevant administration experience in a similar BPO role)Knowledge of Microsoft office programsExperience with Xero accounting software is an advantageExcellent written English and verbal communication skillsEye for detail
