Assistant Finance Manager

• Preferably Accountancy Graduate. CPA certification is a plus.
• With experience as a manager. Preferably with experience on importation/brokerage industry. Handling whole aspect of finance such as:
• Finance Operations
• Accounts Receivable - billing and collection
• Timely billing to clients
• Collection efforts
• Monitor and implementation of collection policy based on AR
• Recommend action for hardcore clients
• Accounts Payable and treasury
• Monitor payables. Should be paid on time.
• Cash flow monitoring in relation to check disbursement.
• Financial Reporting - knows how to prepare financial statements such as:
• Statement of Financial Position - Balance Sheet
• Statement of Financial Performance - Income Statement
• Statement of Cash Flow
• Statement of Changes in Equity
• Notes to Financial Statements
• Taxation:
• Filing of monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns such as:
• Expanded Withholding Tax
• Withholding Tax on Compensation
• Value Added Tax
• Income Tax Return
• Preparation and submission of corresponding alpha list such as:
• QAP
• SAWT
• SLS, SLP, SLI
• Handling BIR LOA/audit
• Payroll
• Audit
• Internal - internal control implementation, SOP compliance, safeguard assets, etc.
• External - Annual with external auditor
• Managerial Accounting:
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Variance Analysis
• Financial Ratio
• Strong bookkeeping skills and knowledge. Maintain books such as cash receipts book, cash disbursement books, general ledger, general journal. Familiar with accrual and adjusting entries.
• Keen on details.
• Excellent in excel.
• With good time management and planning strategy.
