
HR Operations Manager

- Manage the operations scope of HR services delivered for the respective entity or business, inclusive of internal teams and external HR service providers
- Ensure alignment of delivery to strategic objectives of HR and business
- Leads the Human Development practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, and ongoing development
- Supports the HR Payroll and Hire to Retire teams which are responsible for providing frontend HR services to business operations
- Involved in helping business functions needs in areas such as recruiting, training, onboarding, employee data management, compensation
- Setting of objectives, goals, and metrics and KPIs for monitoring effective performance and process delivery
- Overall in charge of HR Service delivery for client, provide end-to-end HR outsource support for the following offerings: Resourcing, Payroll, HR Contact Centre, Global Mobility, HR Services, HRIS and Learning & Development and Design and Development
- Leads and implements process improvement initiatives and transition/migration projects
- Minimum of 10 years of Human Resources experience across multiple facets, with at least 5 years in shared services operations
- Implemented program that scale across OpCos and geographies
- Implemented HR transition and/or transformation initiatives with extensive project management experience
- Extensive stakeholder management experience
- Develop initiatives aligned with business goals and budget
- Identify operation issues, recommends and implements strategies to resolve problems
- Convey strategic vision in a way that energizes other team members and partners
- In-depth knowledge of HR Technologies, including but not limited to HR Information Systems, Recruitment, Payroll, Learning Management System, etc. Knowledgeable in SAP SuccessFactors preferred
- Experienced in leading initiatives company-wide or across business units (i.e. HR Policies, HR Portal, and process and data migration, etc.)
- Develop initiatives aligned with business goals and budget
