Role Description The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading strategic planning initiatives, developing business strategies, and providing analytical insights to support company objectives. Daily tasks include managing communications with investors, analysts and regulatory bodies. This role is critical in enhancing our corporate transparency, handling financial disclosures, and aligning our investor strategy with business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field. Experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance or Financial Communications within a publicly listed company or financial institutions. Strong understanding of capital markets, financial reporting and regulatory requirements for publicly traded companies. Experience in financial modeling, equity research, or investment banking is a plus. Proven track record of engaging with institutional investors, analyst and stakeholders.
