We are looking for experienced credit professionals who have in-depth experience in driving teams across credit middle to front office activities such as of monitoring loan covenants, financial spreading, risk rating and credit reviews. The aim is to help shape the future processes within lending support across the entire global ING Wholesale Banking network. The role would suit candidates that want to begin or expand a career in corporate lending and credit analysis.Who we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree preferred - if possible, in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics but can be in another discipline coupled with strong knowledge of accounting.
Solid experience in people management under wholesale / institutional credit domain.
Experience in process migration in a global setting is an advantage.
Comfortable in operating in a matrix organization.

Main Responsibilities

You will have managerial responsibilities over a group of specialists with varying level of seniority (a combination of junior, intermediate and senior credit assessment specialists).
Your team will perform activities with various complexities in the end-to-end value stream of credit assessment under our wholesale banking portfolio.
You will monitor the execution of processes in accordance with the bank's standard and workplace instructions in the areas of financial spreading, covenant monitoring, risk rating and credit analysis.
You will drive continuous improvement considering new policies and is always on the lookout for opportunities to improve processes in order to mitigate risks, enhance technology and tooling and improve the ways of working.
You will be working with global stakeholders from different lending front office locations which will require flexibility (work hours, way of working and organizational design)
You will be the first point of escalation in resolving issues around service levels (timeliness, accuracy and completeness) and capacity.
You will collaborate with peers and management team, both local and global on strategic and tactical priorities.
You will be heavily involved in driving operational maturity of the credit capability in Manila such as: developing your direct reports, stabilizing new policies, activities and functions and ensuring that the team operates in manner that is reliable and consistent.
