We're seeking a Senior Operations Executive to join our Philippines-based team, supporting the execution of groundbreaking projects for clients across the United States and Europe.Responsibilities:
- Manage diaries for meetings and fieldwork services, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Develop and execute administrative tasks, including screeners, discussion guides, and project documents.
- Oversee data review and management processes with precision.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to ensure project tasks are efficiently completed.
- Provide mentorship, support, and training to Operations Executives.
- Utilise project management software to track and streamline project workflows.
- Prior experience in a market research agency, with a proven track record in creating and reviewing market research materials.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Desirable: Experience in pharmaceutical market research projects.
