The HR Senior Advisor role is responsible in doing business partnership in the assigned line of business (LOB) and implementing and managing the human resources functions under the assigned LOB.Key Responsibilities:

HR strategies implementation and administration. Partner with business leaders and HR business partners on people and talent strategy
Take charge of legal cases and work closely with the legal team
Case/Ticket Resolution:

Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and issues, especially those concerning the Workday system
Effectively manage and resolve HR cases/tickets submitted by employees, HR staff, and other stakeholders
Troubleshoot and provide solutions for Workday system-related problems and errors
Employee Support:

Offer exceptional customer service to employees seeking assistance with HR processes, system navigation, and issue resolution
Communicate HR policies, procedures, and guidelines clearly to ensure compliance
Data Management:

Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure data integrity within the Workday system
Monitor and audit HR data to identify and correct discrepancies promptly
Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements related to the Workday system and HR operations
Suggest enhancements to streamline HR workflows and optimise system performance
Reportingand Analytics:

Generate reports and provide data analytics related to HR cases and ticket trends
Assist in creating custom reports to support HR decision-making processes
Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies when handling HR data
Maintain detailed records of case/ticket resolutions and provide reports as needed

To succeed in this HR Senior Advisor role, you must be passionate about making a difference in the HR landscape, with the ability to solve complex company/legal cases, and have good working relationships with the team.Key Requirements:

Bachelor's/college degree, economics, human resource management, business studies/administration/management, marketing or equivalent
Graduate of legal management or law is a plus
At least seven years' work experience in a related field is required for this position
Skilled in labour laws and extensive background in employee relations
Proven experience as an HR Senior Advisor or in a similar HR support role
Experience with a fast-paced company, preferably global or international company experience
In-depth knowledge of the HR Workday system, including configurations, security, and reporting
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent customer service orientation
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
High attention to detail and accuracy
Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, Workday certifications) is a plus
