The HR Senior Advisor role is responsible in doing business partnership in the assigned line of business (LOB) and implementing and managing the human resources functions under the assigned LOB.Key Responsibilities:
- HR strategies implementation and administration. Partner with business leaders and HR business partners on people and talent strategy
- Take charge of legal cases and work closely with the legal team
- Case/Ticket Resolution:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and issues, especially those concerning the Workday system
- Effectively manage and resolve HR cases/tickets submitted by employees, HR staff, and other stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions for Workday system-related problems and errors
- Employee Support:
- Offer exceptional customer service to employees seeking assistance with HR processes, system navigation, and issue resolution
- Communicate HR policies, procedures, and guidelines clearly to ensure compliance
- Data Management:
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure data integrity within the Workday system
- Monitor and audit HR data to identify and correct discrepancies promptly
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements related to the Workday system and HR operations
- Suggest enhancements to streamline HR workflows and optimise system performance
- Reportingand Analytics:
- Generate reports and provide data analytics related to HR cases and ticket trends
- Assist in creating custom reports to support HR decision-making processes
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies when handling HR data
- Maintain detailed records of case/ticket resolutions and provide reports as needed
- Bachelor's/college degree, economics, human resource management, business studies/administration/management, marketing or equivalent
- Graduate of legal management or law is a plus
- At least seven years' work experience in a related field is required for this position
- Skilled in labour laws and extensive background in employee relations
- Proven experience as an HR Senior Advisor or in a similar HR support role
- Experience with a fast-paced company, preferably global or international company experience
- In-depth knowledge of the HR Workday system, including configurations, security, and reporting
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, Workday certifications) is a plus
