- Social media management and content development: Lead or support the company's social media management and growth, with a primary focus on content development. The initial focus will be on X, Facebook, and LinkedIn, with potential to expand to other platforms.
- Content development for other owned media: In line with the content marketing strategy and plan, develop and edit informational articles for the company. The writer is expected to conduct in-depth research and develop content independently.
- US news monitoring and sharing: Monitor US industry news relevant to the company's business areas on a daily basis to share internally. This is to stay informed on industry topics, trends, and relevant policies.
- Other task: Conduct or assist with additional content creation, research, and communications and marketing tasks for the company, as needed.
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent in English
- 3+ years of professional writing experience (in English) for external audiences.
- Proven track record in developing strategies and successfully managing and growing social media platforms.
- Capable of conducting in-depth research and independently creating informative content/articles with accountability.
- Advanced experience in visual and video content creation is highly preferred.
- Knowledge or a foundational understanding of the U.S. healthcare industry and healthcare policies is preferred.
- Knowledge or a foundational understanding of the U.S. labor market, economic environment, and policies is preferred.
- Extensive writing experience through journalism or communications roles is desired.
