Manage the Merchandising team and be responsible for the entire buying and merchandising function for retail and e-commerce. Provide analysis and trade reports as needed. Organize and manage the buying across all brands and channels. Using data provided by Sales and IT, produce in-season reports, forecasting, and formulate buying plans. Measure and monitor the performance of the merchandise on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Be in charge of the suggested allocation and distribution of stocks. Partner with the Retail teams to create and implement clear procedures and guidelines to ensure launches, sales, and other activities are executed seamlessly. Operate as a strategic business manager, overseeing the Merchandising teams effectiveness and processes, teaching best practices. Conduct thorough performance monitoring and reporting in times of crises or issues. Perform other related duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. At least 2 years of working experience specializing in Merchandising or equivalent. Excellent personality, communication, and social skills. Highly sociable, with a pleasing personality. Highly analytical with good negotiation skills. A working knowledge in retail merchandising is an advantage. Computer literate and proficient with MS Excel.
