DescriptionThe Office Operations Intern will work closely with our administrative team to support daily office operations and assist in various administrative tasks. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in office management, organizational skills, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Support administrative staff in maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering as needed
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
  • Help maintain office cleanliness and organization
  • Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Provide support in data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency of office operations
RequirementsRequirements
  • College student eligible for internship of OJT/Practicum
  • School Endorsement Letter for Internship/OJT/Practicum (with indicated number of hours)
  • Under BS programs of: Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, Marketing, Communication Arts, or other programs of relevance or you're passionate about
  • Willing to work onsite - in the night shift and on a shifting schedule
  • Amenable to work in the Office Operations or Operations Management team of a BPO company
  • Knowledge of Google Apps & MS Office Apps
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to accept feedback gracefully and with an open mind
  • Experience or knowledge in Canva or Photoshop is a nice to have
  • Passion about events or people engagement is nice to have
  • Willing to undergo Medical Examination (for onsite work
