Key duties include assisting with assessments, maintaining accurate patient documentation, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure effective care coordination. This role requires strong communication skills, clinical knowledge, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced healthcare setting.Qualifications:

Graduate of medical-allied course, preferably Nursing, and must be a licensed healthcare professional (with PRC license).
At least 6 months of experience in a healthcare or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized, service-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Strong attention to detail and initiative in managing patient care and documentation.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative, and patient-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
Assist in clinical assessments, monitoring, and follow-up of patient conditions.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Support patient education by providing health information and counseling as needed.
Ensure a safe and clean clinical environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and internal case reviews.
Demonstrate professionalism and initiative in handling various healthcare tasks.
Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and patient outcomes.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with all medical laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
