WHAT IS A/AN ACCOUNTING OFFICER We are seeking an Accounting Officer to join our team in the Manila Office. We are offering a competitive salary for the position that will be based on skills and experience. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Entering Invoices and allocating them correctly. Processing fortnightly payroll Weekly and Month-end reconciliations. Accounts Payable and Receivable functions Processing daily, fortnightly, and EOM payments in the absence of Accounts Payable Officer. Perform bank and credit card reconciliations for the group. End of Month accruals and journal payments Processing quarterly superannuation payments Processing monthly payroll tax Assist with month-end procedures and financial statements Other tasks as directed by Accountant and Group Accountant. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR Bachelor's degree in accountancy or equivalent 3+ years of relevant experience in general accounting and taxation CPA is an advantage but not a requirement. MYOB & Xero experience is preferred but not essential. Can work independently with high attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks on time.
