  • Conducts Business Analysis and Quality Assurance testing based on gathered App system requirements
  • Maintains detailed description of business and user needs, as well as documentation of steps in resolution process
  • Creates Functional Specifications, Process Flows, System Design, Technical or System Requirements and user manuals documentations
  • Coordination and collaboration with Development team and stakeholders for use requirements gathering, planning, analysis and design
  • Assist in the development of business system specifications
  • Coordination with development team, migration and implementation of systems
  • Ensures team compliance with all the Service Delivery-related timeliness policies
  • Conducts presentation and user training for the system/project assigned
  • Performs other related duties as business analyst for the assigned project as required

  • Graduate of a four-year degree course relevant to the field of Information Technology
  • With at least two (2) years of solid programming experience
  • Has capability to plan and organize work.
  • Must be self-starter, results-oriented, analytical, logical and team player
