- Conducts Business Analysis and Quality Assurance testing based on gathered App system requirements
- Maintains detailed description of business and user needs, as well as documentation of steps in resolution process
- Creates Functional Specifications, Process Flows, System Design, Technical or System Requirements and user manuals documentations
- Coordination and collaboration with Development team and stakeholders for use requirements gathering, planning, analysis and design
- Assist in the development of business system specifications
- Coordination with development team, migration and implementation of systems
- Ensures team compliance with all the Service Delivery-related timeliness policies
- Conducts presentation and user training for the system/project assigned
- Performs other related duties as business analyst for the assigned project as required
- Graduate of a four-year degree course relevant to the field of Information Technology
- With at least two (2) years of solid programming experience
- Has capability to plan and organize work.
- Must be self-starter, results-oriented, analytical, logical and team player
