Summary We are looking for an experienced Web Developer capable of updating and building landing pages, emails, and other digital assets in support of marketing automation campaigns. Someone who has skills working within CMS platforms and marketing automation platforms to modify and customize templates, change SEO tags and graphics, and otherwise assist with digital asset design and creation. Identify and implement optimization opportunities across the entire marketing funnel. We're seeking someone who is passionate about our brand, analytical and innovative in their approach to acquiring and engaging customers. Accountabilities Works closely with global marketing team on the development and implementation of web pages, landing pages, emails, forms and other digital assets in support of marketing automation campaigns. Working within CMS platforms (TeamSite) and marketing automation platform (Salesforce / Pardot preferred) to modify and customize templates, change SEO tags and graphics, otherwise assist with digital asset design and creation using HTML, CSS, jQuery and Adobe CC. Implement SEO strategies (meta tags, Google Analytics, PPC) provided by stakeholders to digital media initiatives like landing pages and forms. Responsible for improving web experience through the creation of page layouts, web styling and page features based on project requirement by keeping up to date to latest web technology trends and applying best practices in web development. Administer & monitor requests (web content creation & updates) from global stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. At least 2-3 years of experience in front-end Web Development or a similar role Experienced in using CMS (Teamsite) and Marketing Automation platforms Proficiency in HTML, CSS, jQuery and Adobe CC is required Strong understanding of design principles and typography Has a team player mindset with innovative ideas and strong attention to detail Work effectively in a team environment Familiarity with a marketing automation system (Pardot/Salesforce/Eloqua) Knowledgeable in Google Analytics Communication skills and the ability to understand marketing requirements and translate into asset design Ability to manipulate images and text in graphic design and publishing software Project management - azure devops and Airtable Understanding of user experience for email/landing pages Digital graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite) Show more Show less
