Overview· Manage the Service Department· Lead Customer Satisfaction standards and attain dealership objectives· Contribute to dealership profitability· Report to Dealer Principal or General Manager· Supervise all personnel in the Service DepartmentDuties and Responsibilities· Implement/communicate/monitor JMC Philippines set service standards· Implement and support Brand throughout all department activities· Establish/maintain/build warranty claim processing procedures· Ensure high-quality service and repairs are provided to every customer· Deliver the right vehicle in perfect condition every time· Monitor work flow· Monitor repair order trends· Develop a team atmosphere both within the Service Department and across other departments· Follow all dealership policies· Participate in/contribute to management meetings· Establish/maintain/monitor customer contact system to ensure customerservice satisfaction· Prioritize shop work to ensure all customer work deadlines are met· Plan/analyze/manage/monitor/report department finances· Ensure service and repair pricing is consistent with competitive practices and within JMC Philippines SRP· Conduct/report competitive market analysis to ensure competitive practices and pricing· Generate service sales to increase overall department profitability· Develop marketing and merchandising plans and programs· Ensure Service Department employees comply with safety and environmental regulations· Make warranty and billing adjustment to ensure timeliness of payment· Implement JMC and/or dealership systems or processes· Complete daily sales and production records as established by dealershipPowered by JazzHR
