Experience and Skills 2-3 years experience working in an advertising environment Self-motivated to learn new creative skills and software as the need emerges Experience developing digital banners and emails Knowledge in programmatic advertising, DCO (dynamic creative optimisation) and relevant platforms such as Google Studio (nice to have) Technical skills Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript and an understanding of front-end development Experience animating digital assets with tools such as Google Web Designer, Adobe Animate, After Effects (nice to have) Strong experience in design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or Sketch - Familiarity with using these tools to extract assets or do simple adapts Experience in HTML email development and testing Experience in responsive development Good knowledge in cross-browser support and fixes
