- Provide timely, professional, and empathetic support to customers via Gorgias (email, chat, or social channels).
- Handle customer inquiries, order updates, returns, and refunds efficiently.
- Troubleshoot product and order-related issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings in Shopify, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Ensure all product updates are accurate and aligned with company branding.
- Monitor and report recurring issues or customer feedback to improve processes.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize the overall customer experience.
- Experience with e-commerce operations beyond customer support.
- Familiarity with online retail workflows such as fulfillment, returns, and promotions
- Proven experience in Customer Support (e-commerce preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of Gorgias (required).
- Hands-on experience managing products in Shopify (required).
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
