
Sales and Customer Operations Associate

- To provide operational support to the sales and customer success teams
- Assist other members of the operations team in being the first line of support to our other customer facing teams, and the customers themselves
- Lead conversion and assignment to the sales team
- Work with the business to ensure data integrity, driving accuracy of customer data to help commercial teams achieve their objectives
- Account administration activities with the end goal of driving customer usage
- Manage and maintain customer records in Salesforce
- Perform clean up and conversion of data in our systems and Salesforce
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Possess excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Experience with any customer service platforms (EG Zendesk, Freshdesk) a plus
- Strong in multi-tasking with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Resourceful with good research skills
- Meticulous and well-organized individual with good attention to detail
- Ability to take constructive feedback and a willingness to learn new skills
- Diligent, proactive, responsible, and comfortable with accountability
- Able to work both independently and within a team
