You'll tackle challenges with creativity, collaborate with a global team of innovators, and use your organizational skills to keep operations running like a well-oiled machine. Think of yourself as the glue that holds everything together-except cooler, because you'll have access to cutting-edge tools and a team that's as passionate as you are.Key Responsibilities:

Craft and manage staff rosters, ensuring adherence to all relevant policies, cost effectiveness, and fair practices
Oversee payroll operations, including accurate data entry, and validation of staff hours and adjustments, timesheets approval
Serve as a pillar of support for other HR functions, aiding in the seamless running of the client's operations
Engage in projects and initiatives related to improving our client's services
Foster a supportive and cooperative team atmosphere
Offer comprehensive administrative support across various functions such as report generation, correspondence, and compliance checks
Gain and maintain an in-depth understanding of relevant awards and legislative requirements affecting the care sector
Sound Customer Services
Maintain accurate data entry in the system
Working independently as well as working in a team

Requirements:Here's what makes you a match:

A background in tertiary education or substantial experience in a caregiving environment
Fluent and clear English/Sound verbal and written English
Exceptional interpersonal abilities, with a flair for building strong professional relationships with Nurses, Allied Health, Support workers, and Stakeholders
Initiative, independence, and a quick learning curve
Capable of handling dense workloads in a dynamic environment, with meticulous attention to detail and competing priorities
Proficient in both traditional and modern administrative tools, including MS Office and sophisticated software systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
