Job Description:Salary: P70,000-P90,000 (Monthly Package)Schedule: Monday - Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST)What are we looking for?Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of L2 experience in IAM/Identity Support preferably in a Global operation/environment.
  • Skills/Tools/Technologies required: IAM, SAML/SCIM Configuration, Okta (or similar tool/s)
Nice to Have:
  • Okta Certification/s
What will you do?
  • Handle configuration tasks for SAML/SCIM applications and support BAU activities.
  • Provide level 2 support for the identity platform, resolving issues efficiently to maintain service levels.
  • Provides critical day-to-day operational support, ensuring the stable and efficient management of identity services.
  • Facilitates quick resolution of BAU issues, improving user satisfaction and productivity.
  • Supports the continuous improvement of identity services by assisting in the implementation of new features and fixes.
  • Ensure the identity platform adheres to the latest security best practices, mitigating potential vulnerabilities.
  • Proactively address compliance requirements, reducing legal and financial risks associated with data breaches.
  • Reduction in security incidents related to identity management.
  • Successful audits demonstrating compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assist the Senior Identity Engineer in project work to ensure strategic initiatives progress smoothly without disruption from BAU tasks.
