The position is responsible for the overall customer service impression of the property for handling guests check-in, check-out, requests and inquiries. Ensures smooth and efficient operation of The Mini Suites reception area. Guest Services Efficient check-in and check-out Positive guest comments/feedback Anticipate guest needs, handle guest inquiries/complaints, and solve problems as they arise Handling of VIPs and special requests Guest Room Control Able to allocate rooms according to guest preference/guest stay history Room upselling / paid room upgrade Cashiering and control No shortage or overage on cash fund No audit findings for the last 3 months Candidate must possess at a Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent. At least 1 - 2 Year(s) of working experience as Front Office Agent / Guest Service Agent in a Hotel setting Required Skill(s): Excellent Customer Service, Cashiering, PMS
