: To manage the Investor Relations Department, preparing and presenting investment materials, financial reports, business communication, and other marketing collaterals to potential investors or shareholders. To understand the financial standing and business of the Company and present these to potential investors in a form and manner understandable to them. To lead and organize shareholder events to engage stakeholders, build and enhance networks, gain support for the company, and attract and retain investors. To act as Transaction Manager, as necessary. : Graduate of any four (4) year collegiate course, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration and/or Economics. With at least one year's experience in a managerial position, in a similar role. With experience working with publicly listed companies, the SEC, or investment and financial management institutions. Experience working with companies in the IPO stage is an advantage.
