We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Engineering to lead our renewable energy projects in the Philippines. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of innovative engineering solutions to support our mission of promoting sustainable energy practices.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of engineers to drive project success
Develop and implement engineering strategies to support renewable energy initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
Provide technical expertise and guidance on engineering best practices
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet objectivesRequired Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, with a focus on renewable energy projects
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and industry trends
