Supports various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of all activitieswithin the assigned business unit inclusive of customer revenue realization throughinvoicing, reporting, supporting month-end activities, participating in ad hoc reporting andspecial projects as needed.Responsibility:Acquire general knowledge of different pay models and oversee the entire billing processfor those models.Data entry in multiple platforms: Salesforce, SharePoint, Oracle, Excel,Data management, including tracking, reconciliation, and reporting related to deliverables.Communication with internal stakeholders including Sales, Operations, Finance & Customer Support.
