Enterprise Infrastructure & Architecture is a critical role for the Ayala Land Inc Group. The person in the role will be mainly responsible for the following technology areas: Infrastructure & cloud services Application, data & service platforms IT Operations & Support -Network infrastructure & operations Endpoint device standards & management Asset management Workplace standards Application, systems and database administration Storage management, including back-up and recovery Infrastructure business continuity and disaster recovery Responsibilities: Enterprise Infrastructure Process Infrastructure & cloud services -Application, data & service platforms IT Operations & Support -Network infrastructure & operations Endpoint device standards & management Asset management Infrastructure business continuity and disaster recovery Security infrastructure & hardening Responsible for the ALI group IT infrastructure and roadmap to ensure business operates on stable, reliable, and resilient infrastructure. Architecture and Digital Transformation Responsible for the Ayala Land Inc group IT architecture strategy and roadmap Create, direct and influence a digital architecture and technology roadmap to support and enable the digital transformation imperatives of Ayala Land Inc Define and implement a set of standards, and a framework that is scalable and sustainable for the creation of digital microservices to integrate with enterprise legacy platforms and technologies, including the creation of microservices as data platform services Works closely with Digital Transformation Center on business imperatives for technology architecture and infrastructure considerations People Management Form a values-driven and highly engaged team that is right sized to cater to the needs and demands of ALI and its business units and deliver to a high standard for all services of the Enterprise infrastructure and IT operations Qualifications: Graduate of Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field 15+ years of relevant and demonstrable experience in technology leadership roles involved in the strategic management of enterprise infrastructure & architecture Well-rounded IT practitioner with practical portfolio and program management experience in large scale Technology implementations Preferably with an excellent knowledge of infrastructure, security & architecture at the Enterprise level. People Management experience Excellent knowledge of service-oriented architecture and integration using current and emerging technology platforms. Amenable to work in Makati
