Responsibilities: The associate is assigned to lead a specific region/s to manage the monthly inventory count of the client, this role also include cash management and people management The accounting associate is also the primary contact person assigned to communicate directly with the client (regional office/s) to confirm scheduled counts and information related to monthly inventory count. Report to senior associates any adverse practice in the inventory count observed Prepare administrative tasks including but not limited to observations report, post-count review, maintenance of financial records and other reports, as required, by coordinating data collection. Conduct account movement and variance analysis Willing to go for a fieldwork anywhere in Luzon Managing and executing general accounting processes including management and/or execution of core financial processes such as billing, accounting, recordings, monthly reporting, annual balance, bookkeeping, fiscal forms, tax declarations and half-year reports Contribute to a strong client relationship through positive interactions with client personnel Other ad hoc tasks Qualifications: Required: CPA license and background in SAP With at least 1 year experience in reconciling accounting figures and financial records With at least 1 year experience in general accounting who can determine the accounting entries needed to be recorded Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and familiarity with MS Office 365 Able to establish effective working relationships at all levels internally and externally Willing to do fieldwork and willing to report to our office and the client&aposs office Willing to be assigned to different engagements/clients in different industries throughout your stay Able to deliver quality work at a specified deadline as well as remain flexible to changing priorities Must be able to think independently, communicate/ present ideas collaboratively and maintain high level of confidence Detail oriented with a strong level of accuracy in aspects such as reporting and communications Flexible with different work setups With good internet speed at home Show more Show less
