Job OverviewWe are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to plan, create, and manage content across key social media platforms. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth while supporting event promotions and business objectives. This position blends creative ideation with hands-on content execution and performance analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.Plan and schedule job postings, promotional content, and campaigns across social platforms.Propose and execute creative strategies to grow followers, engagement, and reach.Conceptualize and produce engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, short-form videos, and campaigns.Design visuals in Canva, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.Perform basic video editing for social media content.Monitor social media performance, analyze insights, and adjust strategies for better results.Engage with audience comments and messages to support community management.Assist with event promotion and coordination before, during, and after events.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure social media activity supports overall business goalsRequirementsQualificationsProven experience managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts.Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies.Experience creating and managing content calendars.Hands-on experience with Canva and basic video editing tools.Creative mindset with the ability to propose fresh and engaging content ideas.Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving priorities.BenefitsWhy Join Us?
