As an Account Manager within the Primary Team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients in the Asia-Pacific region, with a specific focus on Japanese-speaking accounts. Your primary objectives will be to ensure strong client retention and identify opportunities for account growth through proactive engagement and greenfield sales. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by driving product adoption and user satisfaction through regular touchpoints, training, and problem resolution.The Impact

- Proactively engage with assigned accounts to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention
- Conduct regular service reviews to discuss current usage and identify evolving needs
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, coordinating with internal teams to resolve any issues swiftly and effectively
- Respond to incoming inquiries via phone and email, maintaining timely and professional communication
- Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities within your existing book through greenfield sales
- Communicate the value of our solutions and support pricing conversations confidently
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Prospecting, Marketing, and Customer Success) to drive upsell opportunities and book expansion
- Drive product adoption by onboarding new users and ensuring full utilization of available tools
- Deliver engaging training sessions through virtual or in-person channels
- Reach out to all new contracts and users to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and activities using CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Collaborate with team leads and managers to ensure timely contract renewals and proper documentation of pipeline activities
- Stay current on product developments, industry trends, and client needs through internal trainings and webinars
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent in spoken and written Japanese
- 1-3 years of experience in client-facing roles such as Account Management, Sales, or Product Support
- Strong interest in solving client challenges through data and technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Salesforce
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in delivering product demos
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI, is a plus
