Responsibilities: The position is primarily responsible for various recruitment functions in accordance with the Bank&aposs hiring and placement policy, which includes but not limited to sourcing, interviewing, processing of pre-employment requirements and/or on-boarding process. Qualifications: Candidate must possess a Bachelor&aposs/College Degree in Psychology or other related courses. With at least 3 years of experience in Recruitment, preferably gained from a bank or other financial institutions Understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process. Ability to develop and implement creative, non-traditional sourcing strategies to attract top talent and a steady supply of candidate pipeline Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective influencing and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders. Highly trainable, hardworking, flexible, with keen attention to details and can work with minimal supervision.
