- Enthusiastically handling inbound customer calls (loan enquiries)
- Using sales skills to convert leads into Loan Applications, and in to funded loans
- Actively doing prompt and regular client follow ups during the loan process
- Monitoring active loan files on behalf of clients
- Ongoing and continuous learning of the loan products we provide, so you can best serve new clients when they call
- Keeping accurate and immediate records of calls and actions on client files,
- inside the CRM
- Monitoring emails and other notifications in real time
- Assist with the management of loan applicants and loan files, as directed by
- your manager.
- Making outbound calls to current clients and to past clients and clients on old
- databases
- Basic Microsoft products suite – eg: Outlook, word etc
- Good communication skills including
- the ability to listen attentively to clients
- identify clues that could identify client needs
- Be able to ‘close a sale’
- Be a ‘Team Player’
- Have a balance of a warm and friendly personality and have a sense of humour, and also maintain a professional demeanour
- Have a strong work ethic
- Display a positive and friendly phone manner
- Have an eye for detail
- Accuracy in record keeping
- Take ownership of your clients so they think of You when they need finance again
- Not be afraid to jump in and cold call past clients
- Finance industry experience preferred but not essential
- Some social media & marketing experience preferred but not essential, in
- order to work your own LinkedIn profile.
- Must be highly organised and can work at a fast pace.
- A willingness to enthusiastically learn the Australia and NZ culture, so as to be able to better relate to your clients, which will help deliver better results for you.
