Job Description Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their trusted advisor. Identify and pursue new business opportunities based on clients need and market understanding to expand our client base. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the company and the client. Monitor and report on key account metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage Requirements Proven track record in business development and account management Preferably but not limited to eCommerce/logistic industry. Proficient in English & Mandarin. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Amenable to work in Podium, Pasig Office Show more Show less
