You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing innovative solutions to enhance application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME. Collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to enhance overall performance. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application development milestones. Support the team in identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies. Professional & Technical Skills: Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workday Learning. Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices. Experience with integration of Workday Learning with other systems and platforms. Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.
